Hundreds of Anti-Trump protesters were pepper sprayed during the clash with the Police, on Thursday.
Washington braces a massive protest against the president-elect outside the venue of his inauguration. A huge crowd gathered at the National Press Club.
According, to the police they have arrested a 34-year-old man near the event. The man was charged with the conspiracy in order to commit an assault.
Whereas some demonstrators set off the smoke devices right in the middle of the crowd and the authorities blocked the entrance to the dinner.

The night right before the inauguration, a number of people turned out for rallies against Trump in New York. The protesters then marched a few blocks from the Trump Tower to his present residence.
The rally also featured a lineup of the politicians, celebs and activists including Mayor Bill de Blasio, who trotted out the Trump during his performance on “Saturday Night Live”.
D.C Mayor Muriel Bowser said that more than 3,000 police officers and 5,000 National Guardsmen will be on-hand in order to help secure the route of the parade.
